For the use of our website and the sale and purchase of goods from our website are governed by our terms and conditions as set out below. “We” or “Our” means www.buybikes247.com. “You” or “your” means the person accessing, using or ordering from our website over the Internet.

Prices, Description and Availability of Goods:
Prices are subject to change without notice and all goods are sold subject to availability. Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will contact you so that you may choose between a refunds on the item, having it shipped when it is back in stock or selecting an alternative product. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to the limitations of Internet technology. Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and we maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation.

Sales Taxes:
Value Added Tax (20%VAT) is calculated on shipping destination. When applicable it is included in the price for orders shipped to destinations within the European Union (EU). For orders shipped to destinations outside the EU the price excludes VAT but orders may be subject to local sales tax or import duty. These are not included in our prices and customers remain liable for payment of these taxes or duties on or following delivery.

Payment Options:
You can order online using PayPal, Credit / Debit Card (We accept American Express, Delta, Maestro, Master Card, Solo, Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit). All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and credit / debit card transactions for orders outside the UK will be converted by the card company at their current exchange rates.

Delivery / Shipping Arrangement:
We dispatch all of our products by the following : Royal Mail, Parcel Force, TNT,UPS or HDN and you should receive your order with 3 to 5 days but can take up to 2 weeks unless you have selected and different delivery option. If you are a Mainland UK customer, elsewhere may take longer. Delivery is on weekdays only and you must sign for your delivery, if the product is not available in stock you will be notified with options of cancelling your order, choosing and different / alternative item or simply waiting for your order to come back in to stock. Delivery can be any time between 9am and 5pm and we will always try to deliver on time but in the unlikely event of your order being undelivered please allow 1 extra business day before contacting us. If you are out during the day please leave a signed note on your door telling the delivery driver where to leave it or have your order delivered to you at work, if possible. If the parcel outer packaging is damaged in anyway please don't accept the parcel or sign for as damaged. Once your item has been delivered please check for any faults or damages within 7 working days of receiving it and report this to customerservices@toysbikesgames.com. Anything ordered early for a gift please check the item within 7 days of delivery in case of damages, faults or incorrect product, please put this in writing and email sales@buybikes247.com.com, the item must be returned within 14 days with the original receipt.

Cancellation / Returns
In the unlikely event you need to cancel / return anything to us, please send an e-mail to our customer care department sales@buybikes247.com
Please put as much detail as possible in the e-mail so that we can resolve the problem to your full satisfaction without returning the product. If it is necessary to return the item we will email you a returns number. We ask that you include a copy of this e-mail with the returned item.
We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased you may cancel your order and return the goods to GB Cycles Ltd Unit 1 Avalon Park Bancombe Road Business Park, Somerton,Somerset,TA11 6SB. within 14 working days from receipt of the goods and not opened or used in any way with the original receipt, you will receive a refund within 30 days of cancellation. Any Items that are returned as unwanted or the wrong item was ordered will be subject to a 10% restocking charge and the postage will also not be refunded unless the item is faulty.
It is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them, and they must be returned in a state where they can be resold.

Returns Policy & Warranty on Bikes:
All Bikes come with 12 months warranty. Unwanted items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, these items must be returned in the same packaging, and be unused, and not handled. Once items have been sent back to us and we have checked them, then we will refund the goods.
If Items are faulty or parts are missing when the goods are received, please phone the helpline number on 01458 273813 or email sales@buybikes247.com .All item’s must be re-boxed for collection, If any Item is sent back and is found to be an issue where it has been misused or neglected i.e. using the bike for racing stunts/jumping and wheelies then we have the right to charge the customer for repairs and return of goods.

Warranty:

Should any original component prove defective in terms of workmanship within its warranty period, Falcon Cycles will replace it. Warranty periods for components are as follows:

Rigid frames and forks, except carbon fibre and forks -: Lifetime warranty Suspension frames and forks, rear shocks and carbon fibre frame and forks -: 2 years

All other components;

2 year from date of retail purchase. This warranty does not include labour and transportation charge. The company cannot accept any responsibility for consequential or special damages. This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser who must produce proof of purchase in order to validate claim. This warranty applies only in the case of defective components and does not cover the effects of normal wear or damage caused by accident, abuse, excess loads, neglect, improper assembly, improper maintenance or the addition of any item inconsistent with the original intended use of the bicycle.

No bicycle is indestructible and no claims can be accepted for damage caused by improper use, competition use, stunt riding, ramp jumping, leaping or similar activates. Claims must be submitted through your retailer. Your statutory rights are not affected by foregoing.

Claud Butler, Falcon and Scorpion bicycles conform to one of the four BS EN standards, please refer to the BS EN sticker fitted to the bike for specific safety standard employed throughout its design and construction.

Complaints:

Offensive or Age Restricted Material:
We take the utmost care to ensure that no material likely to give offence or which is unsuitable for children is displayed on our website. There are, however, certain products that we sell which are unsuitable for children (e.g. Certificate 18 or 15 videos games). By placing an order for products with age restrictions you declare that you are of legal age to purchase those products.
